Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran guru berperan sebagai fasilitator. Pembelajaran yang baik adalah pembelajaran yang memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk mengkonstruksi pengetahuannya. Pada kenyataannya, sebagian guru masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran konvensionalsehingga peserta didik kurang memiliki kemampuan berpikir HOTS serta kurang termotivasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan konvensional terhadap berpikir HOTS ditinjau dari motivasi belajar IPS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sampel 108 peserta didik yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari analisis uji coba instrumen, analisis data tahap awal, dan analisis uji tahap akhir. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: 1) Ada perbedaan kemampuan berpikir HOTS antara peserta didik yang diajar dengan metode PBL dan Konvensional. 2) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir HOTS antara peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi dan rendah. 3)terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir HOTS antara peserta didik yang diajar dengan metode PBL dan Konvensional pada tingkat motivasi belajar yang berbeda. Guru hendaknya mengembangkan pembelajaran yang lebih variatif, salah satunhya dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran PBL, selain itu guru hendaknya dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar IPS agar peserta didik dapat berpikir HOTS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan guru, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan silmultan terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Negeri 2 Ambon. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 guru dengan populasi berjumlah 72 guru. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen dilakukan uji dengan rumus Cronbach Alpha. Sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis digunakan uji t dan Uji F. Sebelum dilakukan uji analisis regresi, digunakan terlebih dahulu uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan serangkaian uji instrument, uji hipotesis dan uji analisis, maka instrumen dan data penelitian ini telah memenuhi syarat uji statistik regresi yang dipersyaratkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diketahui ada pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Ambon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif pelatihan guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 2 Ambon. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Ambon. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Ambon. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan signifikansi yang memenuhi syarat pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,00. Persamaan garis menunjukan linier yang terbentuk antara variable kepuasan kerja (X3) dengan kinerja guru. Hasil statistic tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, artinya makin baik kepuasan kerja, maka akan semakin meningkat pula kinerja guru.

Abstract

In effort to improve the quality of education in community, school must be able to establish a good relationship with the surrounding community. This school (SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan) is one of the educational institutions, which does not work alone in facing a problem, but SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan inviting the School Committee as its working partner. The focus of the research is learning how the role and the function of school committee, the effectiveness of learning, school principal leadership, quality culture, the obstacles faced by school committee, and efforts to overcome the obstacles experienced by school committee of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan in efforts to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this research is to find out the role and function of school committee, learning effectiveness, leadership of school principals, quality culture, obstacles faced by school committee, and efforts to overcome obstacles experienced by school committee of SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan in efforts to improve the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative method with the type of case study. Based on the results of research that the school committee is quite active in carrying out its role and function as a advisory agency, as a supporting agency, as a controlling agency, and as a mediator institution. The effectiveness of learning in SD Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan is seen in exploratorial learning. The leadership of the Principal of Muhammadiyah 3 Pandaan Elementary School is good enough. The quality culture is reflected in “Kantin Sehat” and “Jum’at Bersih”. Some obstacle experienced are the member performance is not good enough, lack of training from the education office, lack of funding. Efforts in overcoming obstacles include: the establishment of POM (Paguyuban Orangtua Murid), a written proposal to the education office, and establishing a healthy canteen, a pick-up car, and membership fees.

Abstract

Liquit Crystal Display (LCD) is frequently as either computer monitor or notebook. Laptop connected projector can be an interesting learning medium. Display on the screen is wide enough at about 2 x 2 meter, is suitable use to a big groups. The combination between laptop and LCD projector can present massage at learning method based on prepare design. Massage design can be audio, dtill visual, moving visual, audio moving visual; audio with colorfull display the students are interested in learning process. This research use an explanatory research approach. The research population SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo, using 64 students samples which meanc that 20% from the whole 314 student. The used sampling method is random sampling proportional technique. The method using the previous data sampling has undergone validaty and reliability test which involve 25 students of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Meanwhile, data analysis technique uses double linier regression, with the assistance of SPSS versi 16.00. Base on the result of research done by the writer about the influence of the usage of LCD projector in indicator process and learning motivation towards student subject achievement of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo can be concluded that there is signifivant influence achievement between the usage of LCD projector toward social subject achievement of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo. And also there is a simultaneous significant influence between the usage of LCD projector and the student’s learning motivation toward social subject achievement of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Therefore, from this research the writer suggest that the social subject teachers of SMP YPM 6 Tarik Kabupaten Sidoarjo had better use learning medium variously either using LCD projector or improving the student’s spirit in the various efforts to improve the student’s study achievement.

Abstract

This study aims 1. To determine the effect of perception on the behavior of superiors , work orientation and self development towards classroom management abilities, 2 To determine the effect of perception on the behavior of superiors on the ability of classroom management, 3. To determine the effect of work orientation on the ability of class management, and 4. To determine the effect of self-development on the ability of classroom management. This research is a quantitative research. The population of this study were all teachers in Diponegoro Dampit Education, which totaled 82 teachers. The sampling technique uses total sampling because all populations are used as respondents. Hypothesis testing results show 1. There is a perception effect on supervisor's behavior, work orientation and self-development on the ability of classroom management because of the analysis s data obtained a calculated F score of 11, 984 and the significance is 0,000 <0.05 which means there is an influence of perception on the behavior of superiors, work orientation and self-development on the ability of classroom teacher management, 2. There is a positive influence of perception on the behavior of superiors on the ability of teacher classroom management because of the analysis of the data obtained t count score of 5.686 and significance of 0.000 <0.05 which means there is an effect of perceptions on the behavior of superiors on the ability of classroom management of teachers, 3. There is an influence of work orientation on the ability of classroom management because of the analysis of the data obtained a t count score of 5.296 and the significance is 0.000 <0.05 which means there is an influence of work orientation on the ability of classroom teacher management, and 4. There is an effect of self-development on the ability of classroom management because From the analysis of the data obtained a t count score of 6.581 and its significance 0.000 <0.05, which means there is an influence of self-development on the ability of teacher classroom management

Abstract

The value of IPS-Historical material under the KKM (> 75) is experienced by students of MAN 2 Pasuruan, especially Class XI. Based on the documentation study conducted by researchers, cases of low value of subjects occurred during the last 2 years period. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) Significant Influence between Active Learning Type Picture and Picture Learning Results with Historical Subjects in Students, (2) Significant Influence between Achievement Motivation with Student Achievement Results in Historical History, and (3 ) Significant influence between Active Learning Type Picture and Picture Learning, Achievement Motivation with learning outcomes of Student History subjects. The research design used in this study was an experimental design. Research location in MAN 2 Pasuruan Pasuruan Regency. The study population was all students of Class XI = 204 students. While the sample was taken 50% = 102 students. Data collection by instrument / questionnaire. The instrument validity and reliability were tested. Data analysis using Anova. The results showed: (1) There was a significant influence between Active Learning Learning Picture and Picture Types with Learning Results of Historical Subjects in Class XI Students in MAN 2 Pasuruan Pasuruan Regency. Therefore, based on the calculation of the hypothesis test it appears that the calculated F value obtained was 45.310 with a significance of 0,000. Because of the significance <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes History after treatment between groups of students who learn with Active Learning learning models and groups of students who learn with Conventional learning models, (2) There is a significant influence between Motivation Achievers with the Learning Outcomes of History Subjects in Class XI MAN 2 Pasuruan, Pasuruan Regency. Based on the analysis of the second hypothesis test, it was seen that the calculated F value obtained was 12,080 with a significance of 0.001. Therefore the significance <0.05, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the learning outcomes History after treatment between groups of students who have high achievement motivation and groups of students who have low achievement motivation, and (3) Significant influence between Active Learning Type Learning Picture and Picture, Achievement Motivation with student history learning outcomes. The analysis shows that there is no influence between active learning and achievement motivation. But partially there is an influence between learning with learning outcomes and there is an influence between learning motivation with learning outcomes.
